Kuddos to all farmers. They are such an important part of our society, providing the general public with fresh produce. I am married to a farmer and know first hand about the very long exhausting hours spent in the fields - but it is a labour of love. They are to be recognized as hard workers and proud of what they do.

Love the market but you need to get some parking. You had a survey on line asking if people would support the market on oak street. Is oak street a possibility for the 2013 year, more parking would make it perfect. I am sure downtown merchants would welcome the extra people downtown on Saturdays.

Yes I think moving to oak street next year is a good idea. Parking is very limited right now. Moving to oak street will give us more parking . More stores at that end as well to visit.

I am totally disappointed in the "FARMERS" market!!! Having lived near Brantford, Ont their "Farmers market" actually has FARM ITEMS AND FOOD!!! Which are the things really lacking from North Bay. I do not go to a "farmers market" to buy junk jewellery or craft items that should be in a "flea market or yard sale". Farmers means food!!!
If you really want a "FARMERS MARKET" than have one!!! If you want to continue having what I have seen in the past four years, then call it what it is...crafts and leftovers!!! the only TRUE farmers seem to be honey, maple syrup and the produce from Sturgeon Falls!!!
