The North Bay Farmers' Market is a wonderful and welcome addition to the city! I look forward to its opening every spring and feel that a weekend is not complete without a visit on Saturday morning. Thank you to the organizers and the vendors who, more often than not, face adverse weather, and good luck in your effort to create a permanent home.

I think that it is essential to support locally if the possibility of doing so is there. I here so much "Oh,lets go to Toronto or Sudbury for that." But the fact is that we have everything that they have and more we have the security of homemade and natural.
